These terms govern your use of RunMyClaw (“the Service”), operated at runmyclaw.ai. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
RunMyClaw provides managed hosting for OpenClaw AI agents. We provision and maintain a dedicated VPS for each subscriber. You bring your own API keys from Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google to power AI models (Claude, GPT, Gemini) on your server.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may sign in with Google or an email/password combination.
The Service is available at $30/month (billed monthly) or $288/year (billed annually), via Stripe. You can cancel anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from your dashboard.
Monthly subscribers: Upon cancellation, your server remains active until the end of your current monthly billing period, after which it is terminated.
Annual subscribers: Upon cancellation, your server remains active until the end of your 12-month billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused months after the 14-day refund window. See our Refund Policy for details on refund eligibility.
You provide your own API keys from third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google). Keys are transmitted directly to your dedicated server over encrypted connections. RunMyClaw does not store, log, or retain your API keys in our database or any other system. You are responsible for managing your API keys and any costs incurred with your AI provider.

RunMyClaw is a hosting platform for AI chatbots. It is not a provider of medical, legal, financial, therapeutic, or any other professional advice. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading.
You must not use the Service, or allow your AI agent to be used, as a substitute for professional judgment in any field, including but not limited to:
If you deploy your AI agent in a regulated industry (healthcare, legal, financial services, etc.), you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards in your jurisdiction — including but not limited to HIPAA, GDPR, bar association rules, and financial services regulations. RunMyClaw does not provide compliance certifications, Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), or industry-specific security controls.
By deploying an AI agent in any context where incorrect information could cause harm, you expressly assume all risks associated with that use. You acknowledge that AI systems can produce unpredictable, inaccurate, or inappropriate outputs regardless of training, and that RunMyClaw has no ability to prevent or control such outputs.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI responses will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose.
Our maximum aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in your most recent billing cycle.
RunMyClaw provides hosting infrastructure for OpenClaw AI agents. We do not control your agent's behavior, responses, or actions. AI models are operated by third-party providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) and RunMyClaw is not responsible for their output. AI responses may be inaccurate, misleading, or harmful — even when the agent has been trained with correct information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RunMyClaw shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or reputational harm — arising from:
By creating an account, you acknowledge and accept these risks. We strongly recommend using restrictive messaging policies (such as allowlist mode for WhatsApp) to minimize unintended interactions.
The Service relies on third-party providers including AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google), messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord), and infrastructure providers (Hetzner Cloud). RunMyClaw is not responsible for the availability, performance, policies, or changes made by these providers.
You acknowledge that: (a) these providers may change their terms, pricing, or functionality at any time; (b) your use of messaging platforms is subject to their respective terms of service; (c) AI model providers process your conversations through their APIs and are subject to their own data handling and privacy policies; and (d) RunMyClaw cannot guarantee continued compatibility with any third-party service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RunMyClaw, its founders, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

When you cancel or we terminate your account, your server and all data on it are permanently deleted within 24 hours. We recommend backing up any important data before cancellation. Account data (email, name) is retained for 30 days for support purposes, then deleted.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RunMyClaw regarding the Service. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and representations, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and RunMyClaw.
