This policy applies to all purchases made on RunMyClaw (“the Service”), operated at runmyclaw.ai. By subscribing, you agree to this policy.
You may cancel your $30/month subscription at any time from your dashboard via the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access to your server until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
Because RunMyClaw provisions dedicated server infrastructure immediately upon payment, refunds are limited. Specifically:
If you experience significant downtime or service disruption caused by RunMyClaw (not by third-party AI providers or your own configuration), we may offer a prorated refund or service extension at our discretion.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at support@runmyclaw.ai before filing a dispute with your bank. We are happy to work with you to resolve billing issues. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension.
To request a refund, email support@runmyclaw.ai with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
We may update this refund policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 7 days in advance. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
