Refund Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on RunMyClaw (“the Service”), operated at runmyclaw.ai. By subscribing, you agree to this policy.

1. Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard via the Stripe Customer Portal.

Monthly ($30/mo): Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current monthly billing period. You retain full access to your server until then.

Annual ($288/year): Cancellation takes effect at the end of your 12-month billing period. You retain full access to your server until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused months after the 14-day refund window described below.

2. Subscription refunds

Because RunMyClaw provisions dedicated server infrastructure immediately upon payment, refunds are limited. We do not offer prorated or partial refunds under any circumstances. All refunds, where applicable, are full refunds within the stated windows only.

Monthly subscribers:

  • Within 48 hours: If you request a refund within 48 hours of your payment, we will issue a full refund.
  • Server not provisioned: If we fail to provision your server within 24 hours of payment due to a fault on our end, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • After 48 hours: Refunds are generally not available. You may cancel to prevent future charges.

Annual subscribers:

  • Within 14 days: If you request a refund within 14 days of your annual payment, we will issue a full refund.
  • Server not provisioned: If we fail to provision your server within 24 hours of payment due to a fault on our end, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • After 14 days: No refunds are available. Your server remains active until the end of your 12-month billing period. You may cancel to prevent auto-renewal.

3. Service issues

If you experience significant downtime or service disruption caused by RunMyClaw (not by third-party AI providers or your own configuration), we may offer a service extension at our discretion. No prorated or partial refunds are issued for service disruptions.

4. Chargebacks & disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at support@runmyclaw.ai before filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We respond within 24 hours and are happy to work with you to resolve any billing issue.

By subscribing to RunMyClaw, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate account termination and permanent loss of access to your server and all data on it.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email support@runmyclaw.ai with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 7 days in advance. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
